Tellija: EF Production OÜ (Toetuse saaja erahange). Hanke esemeks on automaatse läbijooksuga pihustusvärvimisliini soetamine puitliistude ja pildiraamide värvimiseks. Ostetav seade peab võimaldama toodete automatiseeritud ja pidevat pihustusvärvimist vastavalt hanke alusdokumentides esitatud tehnilistele tingimustele. Hange hõlmab seadme tarnimist ning muid hanke alusdokumentides kirjeldatud lepingu täitmiseks vajalikke tegevusi.

6The tenderer shall complete all columns of the table. In column C the tenderer states whether the equipment complies with the mandatory minimum requirement set out in the technical specification (yes/no) – in the event of non-compliance the tender is declared non-compliant. In column D the tenderer provides a short substantive explanation and in column E a reference to the specific part, page or annex of the tender or technical description on the basis of which the contracting party can verify compliance. A general statement of compliance is not sufficient. Where the tenderer relies on an equivalent solution in respect of any requirement, this shall be explained and justified in column F. This table covers clauses 1–14 of the Technical Specification (technical and technological requirements of the Equipment). Information required under clause 15 of the Technical Specification shall be provided in the relevant fields of the electronic tender in the Public Procurement Register and/or in the technical description of the offered Equipment, as specified in the procurement documents.

Principle of equivalence (general condition – applies to all rows of the table, see clause 16.1 of the technical specification):

8All references in the technical specification and in this conformity table to standards, trade marks, products, technologies, origin or other specific characteristics shall be read as being accompanied by the words "or equivalent". This is a general principle applying to all rows of the table. Where the tenderer relies on an equivalent solution in respect of a specific requirement, this shall be explained and justified in column F "Explanation of equivalence (where applicable)" of the relevant row – a mere reference to equivalence without substantive justification is not sufficient.
